No one can predict the destiny. Even Nostradamus (if he still live now), I won't believe about his future prediction. Future is not human territory but it is God territory. We can try as maximum as we could, but we have to accept if the result is not as likely as we hope. There are many example around us about this. As a father, automatically I will give my best shot to find some money to my family. As long as it is legal and not disturbing others, I will catch it. But, sometimes I must faced that the results is not fair enough. Like today, I go to shopping center near my home stay. After park my car, I closed the gate, suddenly the gate won't closed, it's stuck somewhere, I try to fixed it but I give up and decide to call for professional to take care of it. About an hour, they finish solved the problem and I asking how much I must pay for this? He said, blablablaba... I jumped and shock, what the hexx? I think it is not difficult enough, but why they charge me so high? I don't want to make a trouble here and finish the conversation with thank you. Thats little example, that sometimes we have to faced a condition which we don't like it happened to us. To overcome this situation, investment is best way out for me. I don't want sometimes me or my families get financial trouble in the future. I have to save some of my income for investment. There are many alternatives of investment, which one you choose? I prefer to divide an investment into two categories, liquid and non-liquid. Liquid means we can cash out that investment everytime we need it, and non-liquid investment means we have to wait several time until we can cash out our investments. Non-liquid investment can take many example, such as land, house, etc., while liquid investment such as jewelry, bank deposits, stock, etc. One of the most liquid investment is jewelry, cause it can converted to cash in instant way. Do you know that watch also considered as jewelry? Sure it must be watch with gold or diamond in it. The most interesting part if we invest in jewelry is we could wear it in daily or occasion time. And just in case we need extra money, we can selling watches, find jewelry buyers or diamond buyers in order to cash out our jewelry and we can use the money for our need.
